Konkurs za 28. Videomedeju
Organizatori 28. Internacionalnog umetničkog festivala novih medija "Videomedeja" u Novom Sadu, koji će biti održan od 10. do 12. oktobra 2024. godine, raspisali su konkurs za učešće.
Rane prijave su otvorene od 1. februara do 29. februara 2024. godine sa popustom na donaciju ili su besplatne. Redovne prijave se primaju od 1. marta do 15. juna 2024. godine, a produžene prijave od 16. juna do 10. jula 2024. godine, a u tom kasnom periodu nema mogućnosti popusta niti besplatnog prijavljivanja.
Prijavljivanje se vrši isključivo onlajn. Prijave su postavljene na sajtu Videomedeje i umetnici mogu lako da pošalju svoje umetničke radove direktno preko onlajn formulara ili preko dugih svetskih platformi: FilmFreeway, Festhome, Sfilmmaker i WFCN.
Festival dodeljuje Videomedeja Grand Prize za najbolji rad iz takmičarske selekcije u iznosu od 1.000 evra, nagradu "Bogdanka Poznanović" za najbolji rad iz Srbije, nagradu publike i pohvale.
Kao i prethodnih godina, Udruženje za video umetnost Videomedeja traži nove umetničke radove iz sledećih kategorija i audio-vizuelnih medija:
- PROJEKCIJE: video umetnost, kratki filmovi, digitalne animacije
- MEDIJSKI PROJEKTI: medijske instalacije, intervencije u izložbenom prostoru, napredne tehnologije u umetničkoj praksi, interaktivna vizuelna umetnost, XR (eXtended Reality), AR (augmented reality), VR (virtual reality), MR (mixed reality), robotski objekti, net i projekti društvenih medija, Metaverse, audio-vizuelni nastupi i eksperimenti, AI umetnost.
Dobrodošli su i predlozi urednika i producenata/distributera za netakmičarski, revijalni deo programa 28. "Videomedeje".

The Call for Entries for the 28th International New Media Art Festival VIDEOMEDEJA
The Call for Entries for the 28th International New Media Art Festival VIDEOMEDEJA has been opened. The International New Media Art Festival VIDEOMEDEJA will be held from October 10 to October 12, 2024 in Novi Sad.
Early Bird Entries starts from February 01 - February 29, 2024, with donation reductions and fee waivers, Regular Entries are from March 01 - June 15, 2024, and Extended Entries from June 16 - July 10, 2024, with no option for donation reduction and fee waivers in this extended period.
Submissions are done online only. Entry forms are posted on the website and artists can submit their work on our website or through this extern platforms: FilmFreeway, Festhome, Sfilmmaker, WFCN.
The Festival gives The Videomedeja Grand Prize for the best work from Competition selection - a money prize of 1.000 euros, The Bogdanka Poznanović Award for the best work produced in Serbia, Audience Award and Special Mention.
Like previous years Video Art Association VIDEOMEDEJA is looking for new art works from the next category and audio-visual media:
- SCREENING: video art, short films, digital animations
- MEDIA PROJECTS: media installations, interventions in the exhibition space, advanced technologies in artistic practice, interactive visual art, XR (eXtended Reality), AR (augmented reality), VR (virtual reality), MR (mixed reality), robotic objects, net and social media projects, Metaverse, audiovisual performances and experiments, AI art
In addition, we would be very pleased to receive suggestions from editors and producers / distributors for the non-competitive part of the program.
